inconsistent

So... there's no water in the apartment now. No running water, and no well. There's the spring of natural water if I feel like bundling up and walking across the steppe for half an hour in the dark to get to it. That's the thing about Karaganda. There is the possibility to have running water, electricity, internat and phone lines. The thing is, you almost never have all of those things at once. In the last 24 hours I have had at least an hour of each item missing. We lost electricity last night (host mom and I did yoga by candlelight in my room), there's no water now, my phone is sketchy often, and the internet comes and goes. There is almost always heat though.
