My host mom's name is yelena. she is amazing. she is 51 years old, and exactly who I would like to be in 30 years. this morning we did yoga. it was my first time, other than the practice we had in the living room on thursday. yelena lightens up talking about it. she loves communicating with "your organism" and listening to your body. i love her! she and i walked to the natural spring to get water last week. she is the most pationate person when it comes to teaching, and i iknow she must be an amazing english teacher. she gives me fruit, and yogurt! she gathered herbs in the hills for her own form of green tea. she bought cereal because i said that's what i ate at home. she makes jewelry and useв to knit sweaters with cute sayings on them. we are going to a classical music concert tomorrow. i love her
